The first step in the login process requires you to provide your online banking username.

• Enter the username you selected when you registered for online banking.
• Select Not Enrolled if you have not yet registered for online banking (you don't have a username).

If you are logging in from an unknown device, or if something has changed on a previously known device, you will be presented with some security questions after you enter your username. These security questions were part of your online banking account setup process.
